The referral commission accumulates over time as your referred users continue to make purchases, providing you with ongoing rewards for your referrals.
3. Referral Commission Wallet
All referral commissions earned through the Orbiko Referral Program are credited to your Orbiko Referral Program Wallet, a special wallet within your Orbiko account. This wallet is designed specifically for holding referral commissions and is separate from other wallets you may have on the platform. The balance in this wallet reflects the total commission you have earned, which can be used exclusively for purchasing Orbiko assets.
4. Redeeming Referral Commissions
The referral commissions accumulated in your Orbiko Referral Program Wallet can only be used to purchase Orbiko assets, such as OSGT (Orbiko Solutions Gold Token), OSPT (Orbiko Solutions Platinum Token), and OSST (Orbiko Solutions Silver Token). The commission cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank account, or converted into any other form of currency or payment outside the Orbiko platform. When you make a purchase on the Orbiko platform, the available balance in your Referral Program Wallet will be automatically displayed on the purchase page. This amount will be deducted from the total purchase price, reducing the amount you need to pay in other funds.
5. Restrictions on Commission Use
The referral commission in your Orbiko Referral Program Wallet is strictly non-transferable. It cannot be transferred to other users, withdrawn to external wallets, or exchanged for cash or any other form of currency. The funds in this wallet can only be utilized within the Orbiko platform for the purpose of purchasing Orbiko assets. This ensures that the rewards you earn through the Referral Program are reinvested into the Orbiko ecosystem.
6. Program Participation and Eligibility
To participate in the Orbiko Referral Program, you must have an active Orbiko account and agree to the program’s terms and conditions. Referrals must be tracked through a unique referral link generated specifically for you. To earn a commission, the new user must sign up for Orbiko using your referral link. Without this, Orbiko will not be able to track the referral, and no commission will be credited to your account. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or otherwise misuse the Referral Program for personal gain, such as generating false referrals or engaging in fraudulent activities, will result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions. Orbiko reserves the right to investigate and take action against any participants suspected of violating these terms.
9. Liability and Disclaimer
Orbiko is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from your participation in the Referral Program or the inability to use your referral commissions. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to the availability of Orbiko assets, platform outages, or changes to the program. By participating in the program, you acknowledge that Orbiko’s liability is limited to crediting your account with the appropriate referral commission, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
